Setup & recording

QR or manual setup
Scan with a camera, load a QR image or enter connection details. Quick setup can populate the sensor information and initiate recording.
Recording under your control
Arm or pause capture separately from the Bluetooth connection. Load the device settings and request baseline recalibration before the agreed trial.
Reconnect with context
Automatic reconnect attempts, scan fallback and connection status help the operator see an interrupted link. The current desktop build supports one active sensor.
A defined session
Keep a session identifier and trip window with the recorded workflow. Mark delivery and review so the exported record carries the application’s review stage.

Cargo-specific settings

Four starting profiles
Electronics, Glass, Medical and Industrial profiles provide different scoring rules. Each needs validation with the actual cargo and packaging; the Medical label is not a regulatory certification.
Packaging and route wizard
Choose packaging protection and expected route roughness, inspect the suggested settings and apply them when appropriate. Recalibration is an explicit option.
17 adjustable controls
Tune movement, impact, freefall, orientation persistence, transit vibration, stillness and alert timing. Settings can be loaded from the device rather than re-entered.
Practical presets
Balanced, Sensitive and Rugged presets give an operator another starting point. The desktop queues pause, setting changes and re-arming when updating an armed device.

Handling events

Impact and drop details
Inspect reported impact magnitude, axis and freefall duration where available. Drop-height estimates are derived from duration, not measured travel distance.
Tilt and inversion
Review tilt-angle violations and inverted-orientation events against the handling requirements for your equipment.
Rough handling and vibration
Review shaking, oscillation information and vibration bursts. These can prompt a restraint or load-position check; they do not measure sliding distance.
Worst observed conditions
Keep the worst event, peak reported impact, maximum tilt and longest freefall visible alongside severity indicators and event-specific guidance.

Find & review

Searchable live timeline
Filter activity by event category or security activity, search event details and select an event counter to narrow the list.
Focus View
Expand the activity feed for a larger review area, then restore the full dashboard. The desktop retains the latest 500 activity rows.
Raw event log
Received records append to a CSV with sequence, payload, receive time and detected gaps. Open the log for a separate review beyond the on-screen history.
Buffered replay
Request stored sensor records into the raw log. The current dashboard does not rebuild its live score from replay; disconnected coverage must be validated for the trial.

Explain the flag

Event severity
Classify processed events as light, moderate, hard or severe using the selected profile. Review handling quality, orientation and the worst event together.
Incident grouping
Group nearby hazards and reduce repeated risk contributions within an incident. This helps organize the review without treating every repeated signal as a separate major incident.
Inspection recommendations
A rule-based 0–100 score supports Accept, Inspect or Reject / Claim Risk recommendations. These are screening aids, not damage probabilities or a substitute for physical inspection.
Decision Trace
Select an event to inspect severity, incident, risk contribution, reason and suggested action. Review the refreshed dashboard for the current overall assessment.

Session & data quality

Delivery and review stages
Track Prepare, Armed, In Transit, Delivered and Reviewed, with timestamps and transition reasons. These are operator/application states, not verified custody transfers.
Visible coverage questions
Review detected sequence gaps, connection attempts and disconnect statistics. The indicators help identify issues but do not certify complete recording.
Device context
Preserve available firmware, configuration, armed state and stored-record information in the exported certificate.
Reported integrity events
Review available reset, configuration-change and tamper flags. These describe reported events and do not establish physical tamper resistance.

Reports & handoff

Readable handling report
Export the disposition, reasons, severity mix, event counts, notable timeline, worst metrics and data-quality context as HTML; PDF is available with its report component.
Timeline and certificate
Export the retained decision timeline as CSV and structured session, assessment and available device context as a JSON certificate.
Frozen evidence copies
Preserve export-time copies of available raw logs and the threshold reference. The raw-log snapshot may span multiple sessions, so review its scope before sharing.
Portable review packet
Bundle the reports and evidence into a ZIP with a file manifest and checksums. Add your photos, inspection findings and shipment documents separately.

Check the export

File consistency checks
The separate verifier checks evidence hashes, missing files, the archive manifest and differences between archived and external copies.
Optional authenticated export
A configured secret key can authenticate the certificate. Signature-required verification needs the trusted key; an unsigned checksum alone does not prove who created a record.
Standalone packet review
The verifier can inspect a supplied ZIP without needing the original workstation’s mutable log files.
An evidence input
Use the record alongside independent inspection and shipment evidence. Export checks do not establish sensor accuracy, fault, insurance coverage or claim acceptance.
See all 17 sensitivity and timing controls
Movement
Start sensitivity and stop sensitivity.
Impact and drop
Impact trigger, freefall threshold, minimum freefall duration and drop impact floor.
Orientation
Tilt angle, flip angle, persistence time and angle hysteresis.
Transit vibration
Entry and exit thresholds, entry and exit delays, and vibration-summary period.
Timing
Stillness delay and alert cooldown.

Inside the companion software

An event is the start.
Here’s what your team can do next.

Explore the controls and outputs present in the desktop prototype. This walkthrough explains the software; it is not a live sensor feed or an application screenshot.

01 / Set up the shipment

Start with the cargo, packaging and handling conditions.

Choose a shipment profile and review the wizard’s suggested sensitivity settings. Use a QR image, camera scan or manual entry to fill in connection details.

  • Cargo profiles, including electronics, glass and industrial equipment
  • Packaging and route choices with a settings preview
  • Operator-controlled recording and recalibration

A rugged machine and a fragile instrument need different handling rules.

Profiles are starting points for testing with your packaging. They are not certified damage thresholds.

Built around your problem

When handling has consequences.

Machinery owners + manufacturers

A machine arrives with a handling concern.

Review tilt, rough-motion, drop and impact events alongside the receiving inspection before putting the equipment into service.

Rental fleets

A returned machine needs an informed inspection.

Compare handling events with dispatch and return checks. Export the recorded context with your inspection notes for the next reviewer.

Product shippers + carriers

The delivery scan leaves questions unanswered.

Bring recorded handling context to a customer discussion. Preserve the event timeline with photos, packaging observations and shipment documents.

Insurance inspectors + claims teams

An inspection needs useful handling context.

Work from a shareable record of what the sensor captured. Check exported files for changes and compare events with independent inspection and handoff records.

The record you can hand over

One incident. A more useful review packet.

Combine the LoadClarity export with the documents your team already uses.

  1. Recorded event timeline
  2. Device settings and visible gaps
  3. Your photos and inspection findings
  4. Your shipment and handoff records

Supports an investigation; the record alone does not establish damage, fault or insurance coverage.

Both are working prototypes available for demonstration. Fit, specifications, price and production supply are agreed for the intended use. Neither an indicator nor a recorded event establishes damage or responsibility by itself.

01 / What you get

From a signal
to a useful decision.

01

Find the event behind the concern

Filter and search the live activity timeline. Review tilt, inversion, impact, drop and rough-motion events, with worst observed metrics and severity indicators to guide a closer inspection.

02

Understand why it was flagged

Decision Trace shows the event, severity, risk contribution and suggested action. Cargo profiles and packaging settings let a trial reflect what you move. The score is a rule-based review aid.

03

Hand over a useful evidence packet

Export a readable report, CSV decision timeline and source snapshot with file checks. Include available session, configuration and data-quality context alongside your own inspection and shipment documents.

04 / Before you decide

Good questions.
Straight answers.

What does the companion software include?+

QR-assisted setup, four cargo profiles, packaging/route recommendations, 17 adjustable controls, searchable activity, incident grouping, severity and risk guidance, Decision Trace, delivery/review states, raw logging and report exports. Explore all eight capability areas above. Windows is the planned first supported release; the current desktop build allows one active sensor.

Does it recover a complete journey after being disconnected?+

The current firmware retains up to 256 records. Stored replay reaches the raw log, but does not rebuild the desktop dashboard’s live decision timeline or score. Displayed timestamps are receive times, so precise offline event timing needs separate validation. We confirm capacity, coverage and recovery for the trial before promising journey reconstruction.

What does the risk score mean?+

It summarizes configured rules and processed events to help prioritize inspection. It is not a measured probability of damage. A low score or high confidence label cannot certify an undamaged item or complete recording. The operator reviews coverage and physical condition.

What can I send to a reviewer?+

The export includes a readable HTML report, PDF when its component is available, a CSV decision timeline, an export-time source snapshot and a packaged evidence record with file checks. Optional authentication requires trusted verification credentials. Photos and inspection documents are supplied separately.

Does an impact event prove that an item is damaged?+

No. It records a handling event within the sensor's measurement limits. Packaging, placement, thresholds and inspection determine how that event should be interpreted.

How does it help with insurance and liability review?+

The recorded handling timeline can accompany photos, inspection findings and shipment documents in a claim or investigation. It helps reviewers examine events; it does not automatically establish damage, fault, coverage or claim acceptance.

Can another person check the report?+

Reports can be shared and checked for certain later changes. A private demonstration shows the review workflow and its limits. A report check is not an independent certification of the measurement.

Is it tamper-proof?+

The software can report certain device flags and check exported files for changes. Optional certificate authentication needs a configured secret key. The current firmware build does not enforce Bluetooth security, and PIN controls alone do not establish an encrypted link. Production security and physical tamper resistance must be validated; no tamper-proof claim is made.

Are these pictures actual software output?+

Yes. The report captures come from the desktop application’s report generator and are excerpted for readability. Every figure is synthetic demonstration input, not a measured shipment or a claim of validated scoring. Open the full example report to see the other sections.

Is there a mobile app or cloud service?+

A separate mobile prototype supports Bluetooth events, recording controls, replay and quick tuning. A separate backend implements owner/device records and certificate checks. Neither is being promised here as a supported mobile release or a deployed cloud service. The current offer focuses on the desktop workflow.

Does the report contain the complete history?+

The desktop keeps 500 activity rows and 600 Decision Trace rows in its review views. Raw received events append to a separate CSV, and an export-time raw-log snapshot can include multiple sessions. Review the report scope and supporting raw records before sharing. Exact per-event decision snapshots are also being refined before release.

How will hardware and software be priced?+

Business pilots and hardware quantities are quoted after a fit review. The proposed kit includes the described desktop workflow. An optional monthly team plan is being explored for shared reports, case management and support; its features and price are not yet finalized or available. No subscription is started by an inquiry.

Can I buy a finished fleet today?+

The product works and is available for demonstration. We are seeking funding and manufacturing partners for production. Fleet quantities, final specifications and delivery are agreed before an order is accepted.

Start with the problem you need to solve.
