The same incidents keep coming back.
Turn recurring support work into a reviewable process. Bring ticket context, previous resolutions, proposed actions and outcome checks together so each technician has a clearer starting point.
IT operations software / Built in Ohio
AutoSolveAI connects proactive monitoring, AI diagnosis, remediation, fleet operations and repeatable automation. Investigate an alert, prepare a response, run permitted work across connected systems and review what changed, with the context and controls kept together.
For IT operations teams, infrastructure engineers and managed service providers.

IT service desks
Turn recurring support work into a reviewable process. Bring ticket context, previous resolutions, proposed actions and outcome checks together so each technician has a clearer starting point.
Infrastructure + operations
Review the affected target, approve the intended change and check the resulting service state. Preserve failed checks and unresolved questions for the next operator.
Managed service providers
Evaluate repeatable support workflows against each customer’s systems, permissions and operating rules. Review customer boundaries, shared operating practices and the execution paths each environment needs.
Alerts, tickets, scripts and operator notes often hold different pieces of the same problem. AutoSolveAI brings investigation, action and outcome review into one workspace. Use it to handle incidents, organize routine maintenance and build repeatable operations.
Inside the product experience
Monitoring & diagnosis
Bring alerts and webhooks into a shared operational record. Correlate related signals and begin planning from a finding, without waiting for someone to open a ticket.
Investigate a likely cause, confidence, supporting evidence and missing information. Review a recommended packaged fix or an escalation reason before moving to execution.
Gather process, service, resource, recent-install and event-log evidence. Resolve application and service names against the target so an investigation refers to the actual system.
Review telemetry anomalies, recurring log signatures, stack-trace context and repeated problems. Use the recurrence history to decide which investigation deserves a reusable response.
Explore the current platform on NoPager's official website, including a recorded application repair: AutoSolve investigated the failure, generated a configuration fix and checked that the application worked again. The record identifies the controlled test and its approval.
Inspect the actual AutoSolve repair →Discuss an AutoSolve demonstration →One workflow, connected steps
Start from a finding, ticket or operator request. Gather symptoms, identify the affected target and inspect the available evidence.
Use relevant history, a reusable capability or an AI-generated proposal to plan the next action.
Inspect the plan, permissions and expected checks. Approve, deny or request more information.
Run the agreed task through a configured execution path inside the customer’s approved scope.
Compare the observed result with the success criteria. A failed or incomplete check stays visible for review.
Retain the run record and operator feedback so future work can build on what was learned.
The customer pilot uses supervised execution and an agreed set of permitted actions. Planning, running an action and verifying a result are separate parts of the workflow.
Connect the work you already do
| Work area | Examples in the platform | What the connection enables |
|---|---|---|
| Tickets and knowledge | ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, GitHub, Linear, Confluence | Historical context, issue and ticket actions, work notes and knowledge-page updates through the relevant connector. |
| Monitoring and incidents | Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, generic webhooks | Normalize incoming events into signals and findings; use supported alert actions and workflow triggers. |
| Cloud and execution | AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, SSH, WinRM, SQL | Discover target context and use a configured provider or runner that meets the action requirements. |
| Identity and device management | AD/Entra, Intune, Jamf, SCCM | Review configured inventory and permitted identity or device actions, with action-specific controls. |
| Team notifications | Slack, Microsoft Teams, email | Notify the right people when a review is needed or a run completes, fails or rolls back. |
Each integration has its own scope. A named connector does not imply every vendor feature is supported; the demonstration confirms the exact read, write and execution operations needed.
Start where the work repeats
| Support need | Workflow to evaluate | What the team reviews |
|---|---|---|
| Printing interruptions | A permitted print-service recovery action on a supported endpoint. | Service checks, action results and whether the user can resume printing. |
| Endpoint connectivity | Agreed DNS or network recovery actions with customer-selected reachability checks. | Which checks recovered, which failed and whether the business application is reachable. |
| A named service is unhealthy | Identify the affected machine and service, review a restart plan and approve the action. | The resulting service state and the separate application checks needed to confirm recovery. |
| An alert lacks a clear target | Gather target context and identify what is missing before proposing a system change. | Whether the intended environment and system are established well enough to proceed. |
| A recurring customer issue | Compare the current ticket with relevant past resolutions and evaluate an approved response. | Whether the previous fix applies, what changed and what the new result shows. |
Connect supported ITSM, monitoring and management systems, enroll execution agents and define the operational scope. Endpoint, server, cloud, container and identity workflows depend on the configured path and the requirements of each action.
The platform can select an available runner or provider path when it satisfies the task requirements. Readiness checks show missing tools, runtime, permissions or target context so the team knows what to configure next.
The commercial deployment model uses a dedicated customer control plane with approved execution zones. A customer-hosted option can be scoped where private access or residency requirements call for it. Agree users, targets, integrations and approval responsibilities, then validate the selected workflow before rollout.
Data access, model-provider processing, retention and permitted ticket content are reviewed before onboarding. Detailed implementation materials are discussed privately with the appropriate reviewers.
Measure what makes it worth using
Choose an investigation, maintenance or support workflow, establish the current process, and evaluate the same work with AutoSolveAI. Agree the measures before the pilot starts.
Compare hands-on review and resolution time, including work needed when automation cannot complete.
Track completed checks, unresolved conditions and operator confirmation of the business result.
Record missing context, denied actions, failed checks and the handoff needed to continue.
Review whether similar incidents follow the agreed process and leave an understandable record.
Begin with a description or redacted example. Do not put credentials, private customer records or sensitive logs into the public inquiry form.
These are evaluation measures, not published customer results. Time savings, resolution rates and commercial value are established in the customer’s own workflow.

Before you decide
Yes. Describe an operation in the automation designer, review the generated workflow and target, then choose a manual, scheduled, event or webhook trigger. Monitoring findings can also start an investigation before a ticket exists.
The built-in catalog supplies reusable recipes. Generated work and customer-specific tasks can use a provider or runner that satisfies the declared requirements. The system checks tools, runtime, credentials, scope and target context; a new target is not automatically a supported deployment.
Import historical resolutions, retrieve similar prior work within the customer context, and capture verified outcomes and operator feedback. Administrators can review source sync and corpus health. Curated examples can support model evaluation or optional fine-tuning; that does not mean the system should learn indiscriminately from every record.
Field mode provides a local diagnostic workflow, findings, planned remediation and visit records. Customer-site baselines support comparison of added, removed or changed software versions. Cloud integrations and AI generation still depend on the connectivity and configuration they require.
The commercial model is a dedicated customer control plane with approved execution zones and optional agents. A customer-hosted private deployment can be scoped where needed. Identity, integration readiness, release packaging and operating responsibilities are confirmed before a production rollout.
See proactive findings and AI investigation, reusable or generated remediation, agent and job management, scheduled and event-driven automation, and run insights. We choose a scenario relevant to your team and show the configured execution path, policy decisions and recorded outcome.
The workflow continues beyond a suggested answer. It connects the proposal to a target and permitted action, records the approval decision, supports controlled execution and presents outcome checks for review. The operator has a record of what was proposed, allowed, attempted and observed.
The platform supports policy-driven automatic execution and approval queues. Higher-risk or generated actions are reviewed according to their controls. An initial customer pilot uses an agreed supervised scope, with permitted targets, actions and verification requirements.
The application includes ITSM, monitoring and device-management integration paths. Incoming alerts can become findings or trigger defined automation; historical resolutions can provide context. Live connections require the appropriate credentials, permissions and validation for the intended workflow.
Execution is matched to the tools, runtime, permissions and target requirements of the task. Configured agents and integrations can cover endpoint, server, cloud, container and identity operations. Available actions are confirmed against your environment during onboarding.
The workflow surfaces missing context or readiness requirements. The team can supply the needed information or change the scope before execution. An ambiguous service alert should not become an unreviewed change to an assumed machine.
Not necessarily. Execution status, technical verification and the business outcome answer different questions. A running print service does not prove a document printed. The pilot defines the checks and user confirmation needed, and keeps failed or incomplete outcomes visible.
No. Recovery depends on the action. A restart, for example, cannot restore the previous running process. Review available recovery steps, stop conditions and escalation responsibilities for each permitted pilot task.
Relevant prior resolutions can inform a new plan. Operators can record whether the fix helped, rate the result and note recovery or follow-up work. This gives future resolution choices customer-specific context while retaining the review and execution controls.
The initial pilot uses an isolated deployment for one customer. That does not mean every processing step is offline: configured AI model services may process approved ticket context. Data fields, provider terms, access and retention requirements are reviewed before onboarding.
Customer time savings and resolution rates have not been published here. The pilot measures the agreed workflow against your baseline. SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP and HIPAA certification are not claimed; requirements for your environment are reviewed separately.
Pricing follows the workflow, integration effort, deployment and support scope. Customers can request a pilot proposal. MSPs, licensees and prospective acquisition or product partners can request a private demonstration and commercial discussion.
